I was one of those people who started this business without having any dog daycare or training experience or knowledge. Our staff have been through Nikki's training and have done a lot of hands-on work with her, and we have been able to turn people with no experience into dog daycare supervisors (including myself) and run fun, successful daycare groups. Not only did we get to learn how to manage and deal with the dogs, but also how to sell daycare and to convey the right information to the dogs' parents like explaining their different behaviors. The knowledge and education you get from her seminars and training is phenomenal and I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to further (or start for that matter) their knowledge about dealing with dogs in daycare or training. It's really helping us to be good at what we do and be successful. So far we are having a great time.
